Our founder, Ben Dailey, has more than 25 years experience working in financial services, healthcare and technology organisations. During that time he has implemented digital transformation across many different business disciplines including finance, sales, logistics, HR, payroll and workforce management.

His passion for new technologies has exposed him to most technology disciplines including infrastructure, platform, applications, networking, development, data, and management.

His thought leadership is broadly experienced-based and he believes he has a unique ability to understand the synergy between technology and business holistically.

Ben believes that technology should be the servant and not the master and therefore key stakeholder engagement is always a requirement when implementing any technological change.
